What you told us

  • Landed, 3,200 sq ft
  • RM 300k to 450k
  • Keys in March 2027
  • About a home like Rumah Kenanga

Your Instagram is busy. Your website stopped years ago.

Every handover goes on Instagram. The website still shows the projects it launched with, because updating it is one more job after a long week on site. A busy studio ends up looking quiet.

Homeowners come with their own home in mind. They look for a job like theirs, a rough budget, and signs you’re taking on work now.

What the website shows

Our portfolio

  • Six projects from launch year
  • Photos with no location or size
  • No dates
  • A contact form with one box

What the homeowner is asking

  • “Have they done a condo like ours?”
  • “Roughly what budget are we talking about?”
  • “Is this recent work, or from years ago?”
  • “We get our keys in March. Can they start then?”

Three parts that do the work.

Every build has all three, designed around your brand and your projects.

A project archive people can filter

Every finished project, sorted into condo, landed and commercial, with area, size and budget band on each card. The newest one is marked, so people can see you’re working now.

Helps the homeowner find a home like theirs.

Project archive with filters for condo, landed and commercial, a large card marked New, Nov 2026, and smaller cards showing area, size and budget band.
  • Filters for condo, landed and commercial
  • The newest project, marked with its month
  • Area, size and budget band on every card

A page for every project

Each page opens with what homeowners ask first: where, how big, budget band, how long and when. Then photos with short captions, and the floor plan before and after if the layout changed.

Helps the homeowner picture their own renovation.

Project page for a bungalow renovation, with a fact panel listing location, property type, size, budget band, duration and completion date, above the first photos.
  • The facts first: where, how big, budget band, how long
  • A short caption under each photo
The same project page showing the ground floor before and after as two simple floor plans.
  • The plan before and after the change

An enquiry page that asks the useful questions first

Step one asks for the home, its size, the budget and the keys date. Step two asks for a name and WhatsApp number. You know whether a job fits before you call back.

Helps your studio reply to the right enquiries first.

Enquiry form, step one of two, asking property type, area, size, keys or start date, budget for design and renovation, and style.
  • Step one: the home, its size and the keys date
  • Budget asked up front
  • Step two: a name and WhatsApp number

How we build portfolio sites like these.

We help you show your best projects, with the area, size and budget beside every photo. Homeowners enquire in two quick steps on their phone. And nothing goes live until you’ve checked it.

New projects go up within days.

After a handover, WhatsApp us the photos and a one-minute voice note. We write the project page in your studio’s voice. You check it, and it joins your archive.

Small changes work the same way: send a new number or team photo and we update the site.

Easier to find on Google and in AI answers.

Someone types “condo interior design Mont Kiara” into Google, or asks ChatGPT which studios in PJ renovate landed homes. The answers come from pages that say clearly what a studio does and where. Every project page you add is one more.

SEO: search engines

  • A page for each project, titled with the area and the type of home
  • Titles, descriptions and headings set for every page
  • Fast pages that work well on a phone
  • Structured data that tells Google you are an interior design firm and where you work
  • Sitemap, Google Search Console and Google Business Profile set up

GEO: AI assistants

  • Project facts written as real text, not only shown in photos
  • The same studio name, address and phone on your site and your listings
  • Clear answers to the questions homeowners ask before they enquire

Nobody can guarantee a ranking or an AI mention. These basics give your studio a fair chance, and every build includes them.

Questions studios ask us.

We’re too busy to send photos after every job.

Forward the photos you already posted and record a one-minute voice note. We write the page from that and send it to you to check.

How soon does a new project go up?

Within days of getting your photos. You check the page before it goes live.

What happens after the first year?

Care continues at RM399 a year. It covers adding your newly finished projects, small changes, hosting and your domain.

Who owns the website and domain?

You do. Once the build is paid, the website and the domain are yours. We register the domain in your company’s name.

Will we get more enquiries?

We can’t promise a number, and nobody honestly can. People who look you up will see your latest work and an easy way to reach you.

We already get leads from Qanvast or Recommend.

Keep them. Homeowners who find you there often check your own site as well, and enquiries through your site come straight to you.

Do you run our Instagram or ads?

No. We look after the website. Instagram stays with you.

Can the site be in Chinese or Malay?

Yes. We scope extra languages with you before work begins.
